The hallway on the 4th floor was not properly vacuumed and looked dirty. I'm aware that they are doing a big renovation but there's no reason for hallways to be dirty.

Low average nightly rates ,good service and above-average overall. $5.00 for parking daily but the choice of breakfast was limited(only muffin and danish pastry)for toast,you have to order because there's no self-served toaster on the table.

Our reservation wasn't in the system. It was made 5 weeks previous. First room smelled like cigarette smoke so we were moved to second room. It was fine until we needed some heat at 9 pm and 1 hour later were moved to third room of the day because the heater wouldn't work.. When reserved- breakfast was included on arrival... More

I turned the TV, and there were crumbs and a Q-tip...Hallways were dirty...Elevator was dirty...When I made reservations, I was not told that there was a parking fee...Could use a good restaurant.
