Stayed over for the oldies dance. The service is great, very helpful, good wine selection in the bar, food was good, served hot and the hotel itself is just a charming place to be. I would recommend this a must try place.

i live in north toronto and decided to surprise my husband w/a night out. i booked the old mill and was very happy with my decision. the grounds and hotel are beautiful. the neighbourhood was fun for us to explore.
best of all is the bed. so comfortable, clean and tasteful.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are great, and the inn is a truly impressive building. My one and only issue is with their breakfast buffet. I have stayed there three times now and each time, there have been fruit flies buzzing around the buffet table. Last time, the fruit bowl had moldy fruit and overall, the buffet is unimpressive.

We had a very pleasant stay at the OMI&S.
Just two comments re our particular suite: The interior of the sleeping / living area was dark, i.e. not enough lighting, even during daylight hours with the drapes fully open.
Also, We would have liked more milk or coffee whitener. We found one each just not enough.
