The attention to detail, facilities, staff, service, attitude are all wonderful. The beds , linens, towels are are first rate. I love the free cappuccino in the lobby, the many newspapers, the crackling fire in the lobby living room in the winter - I could go on, but there are lts of steel reviews (with good reason). More

I have no idea why their website is so terrible in terms of selling you on staying at the property. The hotel is located on an alley - which can seem odd perhaps at night, but for its totally fine and a quite walk to the ultra-hip Queen West shopping area.
