After a last minute change of plans we ended up at this place. Place is relatively inexpensive and it showed. Carpets are a bit worn, paint is peeling is some parts, mattress could have been replaced a while agon etc. However the place is clean and safe. A basic continental breakfast is served and all the basic toiletries are available.

This small hotel lies just across Sherbourne Station in a more or less quite street. Breakfast is ok and there are new rooms which are great, old one are ok. I will come again! The stuff is all very kind and always willing to help!

The hotel is located near Bloor & Yonge. We were able to walk to the Royal Ontario Museum. There is a subway stop near the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.
