My experience there was good. Yes plenty seedy characters but nobody said anything. The management cooperative. The sheets were clean the attached bath to the single room on the 3rd floor was reasonable, hot water, and everything working. I guarantee you, its good.. Better than Waverly Hotel, better than Downtowner Inn... i had problems with waverly hotel because its a freaky place over 70 dollars, and everything is smell like smoke -__- .
