We stayed here last summer and found it to be an excellent deal. The price couldn't be beat. The manager/owner was so courteous and made sure we got the pass for the parks so that we didn't have to pay for parking. He also gave us advice on restaurants and beaches. We don't usually stay in motels, but given the fact that we were there for the RBC Cup, the city was to full capacity. Found reviews on tripadvisor and managed to get a booking. The management were friendly and efficient and the housekeeping staff were excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and it was quiet.

My wife and I often opt for family-owned operations over the chains and we got a huge bargain here: great service, a great room and a great price. You can't go wrong staying here instead of the chains. The reviews tell the tale.
