Nice litte hotel near Vieux-Montreal. Neighboorhood not the best, but that didn't bother us. Good Staff of course bilangual, nice clean rooms. Like all other hotels too little outlets for a laptop and charging a cell-phone. Breakfast brought to the room on the desired time.
