We drove to Montreal from Ottawa. Came late, tired, not knowing what can we see in Montreal on the next day. Josee - the owner - fixed everything. Nice, cozy room with a comfortable bed, after a hot shower gave us energy to spend a nice day. Josee gave us sugestions where to go and what to see. She actually... More

The B&B is comfortable and the contact with the owner is very easy and makes you feel relaxed. This was our second stay in this B&B and probably not our last, since we plan to come to Montreal again: our home away from home. We are Dutch and live on The Netherlands.

We had the chance to have a long stay in this B&B and to get to know both Josée and Reno during our stay. It was a great experience in all senses: delicious breakfast, extremely clean accomodation and delightful atmosphere. It is a very cosy place in a quiet residential area. The owners were extremely helpful and kind and we... More

Like other reviewers, we thought this was an excellent B&B with a delightful and interesting host. A good-size room, immaculate, and very comfortable. wifi, no tv. Breakfasts were different but good, including a bowl of fresh raspberries one day, and strawberries the other. Our friends took us there and collected us each day, so I shouldn't comment on location.

My sister came to visit Canada and I wanted to show her the best of everything in Canada. Although I read tons of the good reviews here in advance, all of us were still amazed, especiatilly by its cleaness, food, and service. The location is also excellent, serveral good restaurants are just within walking distance. Josée & Reno gave us... More

Immaculate B&B in NDG. The breakfasts were top notch, as was Josée's responsiveness in getting breakfast items that met my dietary needs for our extended stay. Off-street parking was available, which was a plus. The hospitality was great and was the right blend of gracious hosting and giving us privacy when needed. My wife had stayed here before on here... Impeccably clean, gourmet breakfast, wonderful human touch of owner. Only downside: a considerable walk for nearest metro. I had a car with me so for me the stay was just great! . Had lovely breakfast talks with other guests. good old time B&B.

We always appreciate our guests' comments and thank Ittai for his posting. We just wanted to specify that the metro station is a 20 minute walk away from our B&B but there is a bus-stop right across the street which will get you there in 7 minutes and it runs every 8 minutes in peak hours and every 14 minutes... My wife and I stayed at Le Kensington, she for two nights and I for a further 4 nights. Le Kensington is comfortably and conveniently located in NDG, a quiet, well-treed, well established residential Montreal neighbourhood, close to downtown and easily accessible by bus/Metro, with a bus stop a short block away. Personally, I cycled everywhere, and it was very... More

i will give this place 5 stars. The hosts are very nice, i made a reservation to stay for about a week and also made the down payment to secure my stay but unfortunately i could no longer stay. Josee refunded me every penny I made and i thought that to be very generous and extremely considerate. It seems to... More

This lovely B&B located near Westmount/NDG is terrific value and very comfortable. The hosts are extremely accommodating and Josee' is a gourmet cook who conjures up fantastic breakfast every day.. (think crepes so light that they could float in air and fresh fruits, omelettes, fit for a king/queen). Quiet and easily accessible for transit or driving, this delightful spot is one... More
