The hotel made me feel at home the first time I checked in. The receptionist lady was friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by her English and French. The location of my room was very convenient, and I believed that all the rooms were designed in such a way that you don't have to walk very far to your... More

Stayed at Auberge du Littoral for three nights, and was very pleased with the experience. Helpful staff, clean spacious room, wonderful internet cafe and great price. Close to Old Quebec City (short drive, not sure about buses). Would highly recommend this hotel to any travelling to the area. (The adjoining building was under construction, but really didn't affect my stay.)

Dear Guest, Wow! What a beautiful comment about our Hotel & Spa! Many thanks! You're right to say that we are a short drive from Old Quebec. In fact, we are 5 minutes drive (7 km) from Old Quebec and from Montmorency Falls. It is possible to get there by bus as well (30 minutes). One of our building is... More

Comfortable, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is fine, more food choices is suggested. Quiet and near a lot of great places like mont morency falls, downtown, restaurants. Safe and there is accommodating staff all the time

We stayed here for a President's Day Weekend family getaway. We arrived late on a Friday night, and the front desk couldn't have been friendlier. The attendant offered to help me with my bags as we were staying on the third floor and there was no elevator. I declined, but he offered each time I walked by with bags. After... More

Dear Guest, Wow! Thanks a lot for those beautiful comments. They are appreciated a lot! About your concern regarding the elevator, a huge change is coming in our place. And, in this change will come an elevator (approximately on June 2013)! Furthermore, I will let know the employee who was there on Friday night about your comment. I'm sure he... More

Very large room, very clean. Though it was a drive to the old city, the cost of parking plus the cost of this room was still much less than staying in town. We would definitely stay here again. The staff at the reception desk was wonderfully helpful, fluent in English and French. They had pre-prepared typed instructions with clear directions... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days as we were going skiing to Massif and Mont Sainte Anne. We paid around $55/night booking through Hotwire, it was the cheapest place so we went there with no expectations but were pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious and clean but nothing fancy. Shower took a long time to get hot and sink... More

Spent one night here during carnival for a friend's wedding. We got upgraded to room 270 as our room wasn't ready. The room was adequate, clean, and comfortable. The TV had very poor reception but we were barely there anyway! What stood out for me was the service, at reception, it was excellent!

This hotel is a great value for the price. The room was very clean and updated (including the bathroom). The train does run right outside the front of the hotel, so if you are planning to sleep later than 8am, you may be inconvenienced, but we did not think this was an issue. I stayed here for 2 nights just before the New Year's holidays and enjoyed it. Though it wasn't "in the touristy area" , it's location is a 10 minute ride to the main attractions or $15 one way by taxi. Of course, you'll save considerable $$ by this minor inconvenience. My room had two comfortable queen beds, it was large,... More
