Little sound proofing makes for a noisy stay whether your room faces the busy street or not. Thin walls and doors. The staff was friendly however the food was over priced for the quality. If I had the choice I would not stay there again.

My mother and I stayed at the Park Town on short notice after my dad was rushed to the university hospital in Saskatoon. After driving overnight we checked the hotel for availability at 6:30 am and unfortunately due to a conference we were not able to get a room but we reserved a room and asked to come back after... Hotel and rooms at the Park Town are very clean. Good parking, but not heated. Confused as to where to park while checking in. Newly renovated. Excellent restaurant. I will come back. When checking in the staff were knowledgeable and checking was painless.

Great weekend at the Parktown Hotel. Stayed for 3 nights with the family. Rooms are just renovated and very comfortable. Meals were excellent in the hotel restaurant and the service was fantastic. Great location and once the reno's are complete its going to be a prime choice to stay in downtown Saskatoon. Hats off to the staff and management!

Advertised as newly renovated but on observation the renovation is very hit and miss. New bedding, curtains and carpet. New tiling in lobby, elevators and elevator lobbies but then upon taking a closer look. Poor paint job on feature wall in the room, looks as though they spackled wall then just painted so the wall has all these shiny spots... More

My wife and I were invited to join another couple for the noon buffet, April 4th. We were greeted by "young" Kathy, our hostess and immediately seated and served coffee. The coffee was excellent. On our walk to the buffet we were greeted by a number of the staff on duty who were pleasant and engaged easily in conversation. The... More

The location was great. Within 15 minutes, I walked Midtown Plaza mall and it was close to my appointment, office, and many restaurants. Too bad some of the walks were in poor icy conditions though. I'm sure after the renovations are completed, this hotel will be better than what visitors are experiencing. But don't let the appearance fool you, it's... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Town. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. I stayed here recently for business and was quite disappointed. As others have said, the hotel lobby is undergoing renovations (e.g. wires dangling from ceiling) which creates a chaotic feeling upon entering, meeting guests etc... The restaurant is okay and does have a nice view of the river. The pool facilities were quite nice. I had a standard room with... More

Thank you for the response. Yes renovations can be noisy and hectic, but the noise is in the lobby and not in the guest tower, so it should not interfere with sleep. Sorry that you found our Park Town Dream Bed "too soft", but I can assure you that it is new. It has a pillow top, duvet and triple... More
