This hostel is too bad such as hard matress, dirty room & suburban location. The staff couldn't speak English (just a little), even though asking the local map and train station, they couldn't understand what I needed. Do not recommend !
We stopped in Vinh because we arrived from Laos and we need to stop one nigh waiting for the next bus. It is a Gouvernative hotels, but it is clean, the rooms are big and at 13 $ you have the breakfast too. The staff is very friendly but speak English just a little. It is situated in a park....
