“Best place we found in Vinh”

For $20 we got a very posh room at this new hotel. Just up from the bus station, it was recommended to us over noodle soup at a local cafe. The room was fab - TV, comfy bed, enclosed shower, clean white towels, buffet breakfast. Negatives: road noise and patchy wi-fi, and their card machine was broken.
