We were 2 adults and 2 kids and hence we got a big and spacious room with extra bed. St. Xavier Church is 4mins walk from here. Food was Average. They service Veg and non-veg food. One disadvantage is that Restaurant is managed independently of the Hotel, we stayed.

Location is within walking distance of the Se Cathedral and Bom Jesus Basilica. Staff are helpful. Clean & safe. Property is a little old but well worth the offpeak price of 800 INR for a AC double room. GTDC tours are discounted if you stay here, book them after you check-in.

30-Aug-2010 to 2-Sep-2010 Old Goa residency was nice place to stay. This hotel is an typical old heritage stay with basic amenities full filled. The resurat is very good and everyone there were very cooperative and helpful.

if you looking for a low budget hotel which gives decent amenities this is the best but dont expect a lot.
