We stayed several times over the past 3 years. So we could see the degradation. Is a small resort with a fantastic potential, located at a stone throw from the best dive sites around Anilao. But it was going downhill fast and was neglected by the previous owner and under poor management. Gardens were neglected, the bungalows were in dire... more

Having been to Eagle Point Resort the weekend before and had some great dives in the area (Anilao) we decided to return the following weekend. Upon arrival,... more

We stayed at the Solana and had a wonderful time.  It has a perfect location.  One problem is the 107 steps you must go down to get to the resort---and then climb up when you leave. Food was very good though not gourmet by any means.  Staff was very friendly and efficient. My only problem with Solana is the price.  They... more

This hotel is by no means easy to get to - but if it were it wouldnt be the same. I stayed here for 2 nights/3 days in January of 08 on a weekend trip from Manila. I was able to book the room and transportation directly through the hotel. This isnt a 5 star luxary hotel - but you... more
