To be honest, this hotel is nothing really spectacular, but it's really the only option when you want to visit the Himba in the north. The pool outside does have a spectacular view though and it's lovely to sit there and enjoy the view of the valley below and let the sun set. The service is cordial. A good bar.... More

We specifically booked this place as they advertized Himba Village tours. We were not expecting much in the way of accommodations and we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel, excellent dinner, breakfast lacked at little if compaired with the dinner. Beautiful large pool overlooking the Kaokoveld. Ideal stay over if you would like to explore the area and visit a Himba Village.

We decided to go up for drinks and a meal last weekend. How disappointing that in the midst of this beautiful hotel with perfect views the lunch we were served was inedible!
