I went to Sta. Ana Wharf at 8:30am and the boat service of Isla Reta is there. We left the Wharf at around 9am. In 45 mins we are in the island and the fare is 80pesos per head. The entrance fee for day tour is 75pesos and i stayed in the bench under the talisay tree for free. The... More

Since we first went to Isla Reta last October we have returned there twice more. The resort still has it's charm and welcome and my comments in my first review still stand good. One thing that has changed is that the rice served there is now hot all day. The videoke was'nt working when we visited this last time, apparently broken... More

We've been here last month, with my family and it was worth the money, and time. At first we had to decide on which boat ride we would take, either the a.) the first water metered taxi(first in the ph.,travel time would atleast take 20-30 minutes) or b.) public ferries w/c is cheap but you'll travel for atleast 1hr. We choosed... More

Isla Reta is still the best destination to relax and enjoy the beach. A little boracay with white fine sand near Davao City. They are extending the shoreline so it takes a long walk to and fro. Our family had the best time together in such a peaceful place. You can buy at the nearby market for fresh fish and... More

I wanted to go to a Davao beach for a short while. I wanted a place that's not too expensive and not too crowded. This place is the right one for what I'm looking for. This is not a luxury resort so don't expect the comforts of an A/C. We stayed in one of their native huts and I expected... More

I was in college when I first visited Isla Reta Beach Resort. I fell in love with Isla Reta. A love at first sight indeed! From then on, I kept on coming back with different friends and company. Every visit is perfect. And a single day visit is always not enought for me. An overnight stay is good but I... More

I only went for a day trip away from Davao so I can't really comment on the rooms. However, the beach and facilities on the beach were immaculate. Lovely clean sand, clear blue waters and no hassle from anybody. I will be going back and maybe will stay over.
