We moved to this motel after a bad experience at the motel across the street. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived late at night and were given a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite! The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning was very nice. I highly recommend staying at the Four... More

My husband works in Lon lac occasionally so I decided to tag along this time. The motel is very nice considering the rest of the town (no offense). It's clean and most staff are friendly. The rooms and decent, recently renovated and pretty clean. Beds were ok, the bedding could use some serious care though. Also the rooms could Use... More

I have stayed here a few times I have had really nice rooms and the girls at the front desk are very friendlly. I have had a bad experience here a couple of years ago, they had over booked the rooms, I was there for 2 nights after the first night I was kicked out of my room, I was... More

i loved the staff , they were totally friendly and always there when I had questions.(specially the older lady with red glasses frames). the rooms were very clean , the bed was comfy. Loved the decor of front desk and the dining room/kitchen. a small minus : the internet wasn't high speed and connections were not available half of the... More

We stayat the Four Winds evey August when we go up for the Bergstrom Golf Tournament. I guess having grown up in this area many years ago, it does not seem like the end of the world like it may to other travellers. If you do find yourslef up in this neck of hte woods, the Four Winds is a... More

I often travel to the Longlac area for work. I have enjoyed the service in the hotel to be pleasant and have stayed in all caliber of room throughout my times visiting the area. The rooms can be noisy if you are close to a "jacuzzi" room as the water and jets can be loud. The rooms have always been... More

First, I would like to mention two good things. The booking lady was very nice, when she knew that I would like to have a room with fridge, she offered one with two beds at no extra charge although I had no companiant. The morning coffee was freshly made individually and had different selections. The only thing I would suggest... More

Travelled to Longlac and found theFour WInds Motor Hotel quite nice. Breakfast is inlcuded which was nice as there is not alot of places to eat in Longlac. Room was clean and confortable. As a solo female traveller felt quite safe especially as Longlac is somewhat remote.

I travel alone a lot for work (I am female) and can say that this is one of the best places I've stayed at for work. I usually stay at typical chains, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Comfort Inn, but in this region those don't exist so I chose the Four Winds. I absolutely adored it. All very tasteful room, recently... Not much choice of Hotel in Longlac only two I think. Four Winds recommended by a local and is probably as good as you can get there. It's a modern hotel built on a small site no pull up to the room. It is unusual in that most of the rooms are below ground level. There are a few on... More
