I'd booked this pretty looking pub through Late Rooms as it was rated as a 4 Star establishment. However after our stay, I'd rate it 3 at a push. Stayed at the Crown for a wedding(incidently which was at the Bulls Head) however the Crown proved very pleasant. Good beer, very nice room(and spotlessly clean), simple and good value food, excellent service, all in all good value for our two night stay. More

We use the crown with my work and generally have good feedback from everyone who stays here. Food is a bit basic, but it is clean with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and cosy and are good value. More
