Excellent B&B, the couple are extremely friendly and helpful, the refurbishment of the property has been done to a high standard, the room I stayed in was clean and modern. The breakfast was from local produce, and very tasty.... including the homemade tomato ketchup. Would seriously recommend, and hope I get the opportuntity to return. Thanks Sue.

Over the years I have stayed in numerous B&B's and hotels. I can honestly say Sue & Al could not do enough for me during my three night stay. A great B&B in the small village of Yoxford. I suspect you normally just drive through the village as you travel along the A12. But this one is worth a stop. The rooms are tasifully decorated, and the breakfast is great- try Al's special, of Friday's special fish dish.

This guest house provides everything and more that you could want when being away from home. From the outside this property is beautiful, with amply parking and a lovely garden that you have access to. The landlady and her husband could not have been anymore helpful. I was on a solo visit to catch up with some old school friends. I didn't want anything too posh, or too expensive so booked Sans Souci. It was perfect, the landlady was brilliant, even when I thought I'd lost my key! Breakfast was terrific and the bedroom comfortable. Great value and very tastefully done.

Stayed here for one night. The owners have obviously spent a lot of money and effort restoring the building and it clearly shows.
