Staff is very unprofessional - on arrival, we were lectured by a young receptionist on the need to book well in advance despite the fact we were cluthing a copy of booking.com reservation (she later got in touch with a colleague who confirmed that we indeed had a reservation); barely anyone speaks English; massages are not particularly good.
