“Excellent hotel. Impeccable service.”

I stayed at this hotel for a conference for 5 days. The staff were incredible, the service was incredible, the food was incredible. Whether you are going to canmore for a night or a week, I definitely recommend this hotel.

“A good option for Banff visitor”

Check in/out are efficient. Rooms are tidy and clean. There is a gadget for setting the firmness of the bed, may be the battery is out, it doesn't seem to be working. One night stay in transit. Very courteous and friendly staff. Very pet friendly. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Canmore. The location is very easy access to highway 1 and walking distance to many stores and restaurants

A reasonable priced hotel, just outside the Banff Park Gates. Complete with a great restaurant. Amazing staff. Always a smile on their face and the will take that extra step to make your stay more enjoyable. Very refreshing!

Stayed here one night on a business trip, great service and the rooms were clean and the sleep number beds were great after a long drive. Good restaurant, the hotel seems to be fairly new as well. I would stay at this hotel again,

“Ok value”

The hotel is ok for the value but the walls were very thin. This allowed us to hear a lot more than we bargained for on what was supposed to be a quiet getaway. I probably won't stay here again but the customer service was very good and the location was also good.
