Rooms were dirty. Bedding had to be changed as there were stains and dirt on them (2 flats put down no fitted sheets). Found a bug in the bed - very very scary. When we arrived, the check in was a bit painful but not totally unreasonable. The hall to the room (152 -- King with Jacuzzi) smelled of mildew and very musty. When we walked in the room we just looked at each other and immediately started checking things. We are not the type to do this but it seemed very disgusting.... More

I have been at this place several times, in the past, but this time, I saw a tremendous change of SERVICE. The new management was doing everything, to make my stay memorable & comfortable. The price was awesome... Keep Going Guys....

This hotel was very run down. The bedspreads had large yellowish stains. There was broken this and broken that all over the hotel lobby and our hotel room. And, the enter hotel smelled of old smoke. Staff was friendly. Don't stay here!

We are group of 15 booked for 5 rooms. When we went there they have booking for only 1 room. Finally gave us 5 rooms, but all rooms had at least one problem. The problems are can't use the washroom toilet or blocked, no light in the washroom, or AC not working.
