Nice lobby... but it's straight, and steeply, downhill from there. One wing of the hotel simply smells bad - musty, badly ventilated [no windows in any of the rooms open, to allow fresh air]. I liked my stay so much that I would definitely consider staying in this hotel next time that I visiting Toronto. The staff if this hotel particularly the front desk were absolutely friendly. I had stay in this hotel few years back and the service wasn't particularly impressive. But this time around, I was pleasantly surprised how much they improved.

My experience with the front desk when I check is always first class. They address me by name, are very helpful and try to give me the best room available. For example I am 6'3" so they try to find me a room with a king size bed. Any request from room service or housekeeping is quick, efficient and firendly.

This is a very nice Sheraton and convenient for everything I needed as a business traveler. Close to the highway, my office and restaurants. Room service was very fast and the food was great. I continue to stay here exclusively when in Canada

Ok so truth be told I stayed part of one night. When you want to stay overnight or just a nice hotel for some privacy because the kids are home, this is a good hotel.
