Very bad. Good Price Non-Smoking room smelled of smoke, and the sheets and pillows were not washed properly. At 10:45pm we had a noise issue continuing until 12:30pm when i phone Manager at which time noise issue ceased its University of Waterloo evacuation weekends so I can understand the social aspects but the "value" of this Inn is questionable

I was on a business trip little nervous to book here but this was very close to where the meeting was supposed to be.Very surprisingly I would say BEST PRICE. BEST LOCAtTION close to so many restaurants as well as liquor and beer store walking distance.BEST STAFF and BEST HOUSEKEEPING. I will be back here again.

Good stop over in trip. Great location with many restaurants, right by the highway. Very affordable rooms, with great service the manager was very kind to us. Clean, quiet rooms exactly what I expected.
