We just came back from a 2 night stay at Seasons and for a first time skiing trip with 3 kids, it was fabulous. The room was very nice and had all amenities needed for a family with young kids. The locations is terrific. Close to everything, or just take a shuttle. The shuttle service and wait times were fabulous.... More

I'd recommend asking for an end/corner unit as they are bigger, view out onto the pond/hills and from my last stay, seems as though the appliances etc are newer. The dishwasher was on its last legs. My biggest concern is that for the second year in a row, the resort overcharged my credit card. The reason for both years was... More

Dear Oplacesyoullgo, The Seasons at Blue hotel is scheduled to undergo a complete room refurbishment in the Spring of 2013, we are excited to hear our guest feedback following these significant changes. The tired dishwasher for example will be no longer. We are pleased that you otherwise enjoyed the facilities and found the corner unit to best suit your needs.... More

We stayed at Seasons this past Family Day weekend. It was great skiing. The Village was a buzz with lots of things going on -something for everyone. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The rooms are condos, they are very clean, no worries. The carpet in the corridor hallways, yes, not so nice, simply worn out. I understand a... More

Dear Devilgirl08, Wow, we cannot thank you enough for such a glowing review of this property and your wonderful experience during a recent ski getaway. Despite up and down weather this year, we are enjoying some wonderful conditions, our hats off to a wonderful team in operations who work tirelessly to maintain conditions through grooming and snowmaking throughout the season.... I booked a room in the Village at Blue Mountain, and was fortunate enough to get a room in the Seasons at Blue. The room was clean, modern, and to my surprise had a full kitchen, with all the untensils, and cookwear you could need. (Helped us save a few bucks by eating in). The room had a nice funtioning... Dear Devin L, Awww, how nice to hear and so glad you were pleasantly surprised with your room as well as all the provisions for a stay in meal and the coziness of the gas fireplace. Yes, good tip, leaving the fireplace on while out, is likely not a good idea if you don’t like it steamy hot on your... More

No reception staff work during the week and only occasionally on weekend. We were not informed we cannot check in at our actual hotel. Very inconvenient if you carry luggage/skis to your hotel, call 1800 # then discover you have to check in at another local hotel somewhere then return! The front door of hotel is left unlocked at all... More

Dear ohtoofun2007, Oh dear, seems when things go awry, they go all out and have left a sour taste with you following your visit, we are sorry about the frustrations you have detailed and apologize for your dissatisfaction. It’s true, we do not staff either the Weider Lodge or Seasons @ Blue front desks midweek, the central check-in for the... More

We (2 adults 3 kids) stayed in a one bedroom plus den. The only room in the village that could accomodate us as this was a last minute booking. We all fit comfortably. We prepared our meals and picked up our groceries up prior to heading up and took a slow cooker with us. Having stews and meals ready to... More

Dear 859Keith859 Fabulous, we’re so glad you secured a room and that it met your needs, we do tend to get pretty full over the holidays so we are really happy you weren’t disappointed and got a room that was comfortable for all of you. The kitchens are a great asset, particularly when travelling with children, super convenient to prepare... More

The Seasons at Blue was average. Was there for a business conference. Noticed that the hotel hallways (carpet, etc) were worse for wear. The room itself was average. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was average. Kitchenette was small and didn`t have that many dishes to use. There was no dresser, just a very small closet. Was there by myself and had... More

Dear lucky_charm2300 Well, it is unfortunate that we did not seem to “wow” you on this occasion; not typical of other Trip Advisor reviewers. This particular hotel is targeted for a full refurbishment; as such we trust you will find it much more to your liking on another visit. The timing of this work is currently set for Spring of... Stay 1 night on Dec 7 with my wife. We have been stayed in multiple locations at Blue Mountain. Westin, Monasic, Grand Geogrian. This is the first time we stayed at Seasons at Blue. This is a very nice hotel, especially because of its location which is right in the middle of the village. This was not our first visit to Blue but it was the first we stayed at Seasons.
