We were in town for a hockey tournament. The motel was great. The rooms were warm and clean and very new. The beds were so comfy and the bedding was wonderful. The water was hot and the pressure was strong. It was a fabulous surprise. Would definitely recommend. Nice big breakfast at good prices in the motel lounge. More

Stayed one night at the Aurora Inn. Must admit that when we pulled into the parking lot, I was ready to turn around and leave as was not impressed with the outside appearance. Boy oh boy, was I surprised! The rooms were great. Modern, clean and well appointed. The beds were the best; very comfortable and great linens. A breakfast... More

The very first time I took my son on a hockey tournament, our team chose this hotel and for years, I have always recommended this place. I found myself needing to stay there again 6 years later for yet another hockey trip and I guarantee it will be the last time. Although the establishment is ok, the service I experienced... More

This hotel does not have any frills but the rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a good continental breakfast which is included. Tim Hortons is also directly across the street which is nice. I would recommend and definitely stay here again. More

This hotel was clean with comfortable beds. We were given vouchers for a free appetizer or desert for their dining room which was a very nice touch. Maritime hospitality is the best! Room got quite warm - we turned up the A/C but it took a bit to cool things off. Yes, we would stay again! More

My wife and I were recently posted to Greenwood, Nova Scotia, as we are both military members. During the move from Ontario, we ended up in Novas Scotia for a couple of days before we could take possession of our new house, so we decided to get a hotel reasonably close to the base. Once in town, we realized that... More

The room was pretty basic, but no issues with cleanliness. The AC unit was a bit loud yet adequate given the moderately hot conditions. There is no pool nor exercise room, and WiFi barely made it to our room. The continental breakfast offered a good mix of bagels, breads, muffins, jams, juices, etc, which was fine by us. Overall, the... More

This small motel-style Best Western is a hidden gem. The rooms have been recently refurbished. The comfortable beds are huge, there is free internet, and lots of lawn for the kids to play. The hotel restaurant is family-friendly and offers excellent food and service at an affordable price. Try the pan-fried haddock or the beef tenderloin linguine! The hotel is... More

Not expecting this kind of room for a motel. It had a very comfortable queen bed with high quality linens, bathroom was modern and clean. Great complimentary breakfast and complimentary high speed internet. As good as a 4 star hotel. The owners have really chosen the right things to upgrade. Easy to find, well lit, and quiet. More

My husband and I stayed here for one night prior to his triathlon. We were happy to get a good night's sleep. There were a number of guests, but it was quiet. The room was on the smallish side, but was very clean and appeared to be recently refurbished, More
