“Best place to stay in Golden”

We stayed just one night on Eagle lofge(too short) and wow what a fabulous place. Top quality lodge with 4 bedrooms,a large living room and fully stocked kitchen ,deck with spacious hot tub plus an incredible view of the Columbia mountain range. “Little piece of heaven”

Wonderful owners. Clean, spacious and modern accommodations. We've stayed in the three floor and two floor "cabins". I should say chalets because I don't think cabin does it justice. The views are soectacular. You really don't want for anything but food and that beer for the hot tub. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

“Ski Day Fun”

A group of 7 of us stayed at the Eagle lodge and really had a great time. Being able to relax in the hot tub at the end of a ski day was wonderful and the peace and quiet was nice. The option of having king beds or single beds made this ideal for our group.

“Great getaway from it all place”

We stayed when on a snowmobiling trip this past January. About the only negative thing I have to say is that the roads are a little tight when pulling a big trailer which we had. Thank for a wonderful and detailed review, we are very glad you enjoyed it so much. There are 4 bathrooms in the Eagle Lodge, the one in the basement is a full bathroom with a 6ft bath tub (complete with head rest!), shower, sink and toilet. What a great place to stay, world class. Off the beaten path but still close to the ameneties of Golden! great place to getaway and just relax for the weekend or for a week or more with family and friends! Lots to do in the summer and winter as well! Can fit any taste really, adventure or relaxation!

Great location! Loved the hot tub! Very clean and cozy. Fridge was a bit small though if you are bringing lots of food. Very close to town and kicking horse ski resort. Even cutely decorated for Christmas. Very peaceful escape to the mountains.
