“We stayed in the south campground awesome”

We stayed in pitch 62-63 in the South Campsite. One of the most picturesque camps ever. We were right on the lake with our own private beach and firepit on the waters edge. The only downside was the warning of swimmers itch. I won't go into the details as they are all available online and we were told about it... More

“Do not stay at the Horne Lake provincial campground!”

We booked 3 sites at the campground with a medium sized group. Every one was respectful, quiet late at night etc. Everyone in the campground had dogs and had alcohol, but the camp operator kicked us out, choosing only to enforce off leash and alcohol rules on our group. Very sorry to hear about your eviction from Horne Lake Regional Park campground. Evictions are very rare and only occur when the camping party repeatedy violates the park regulations after being warned.
