The Park Ave is nothing to look at on the outside, but the negative ends there. Rooms have an almost boutique feel, with sparsely decorated rooms of hardwood floors rather than carpet, nice plush beds and shelving with bamboo baskets to empty your suitcase. Stayed here late January to early February 2012 Nice, quiet location, very convenient for food, coffee, liquor, shopping, etc Friendly staff, great parking, right in front of your door. “Wouldn't stay here ever again.”

The service was terrible, noisy appliances kept me up all night, and the bedding smelled unwashed.

me and my family stayed here for a week and i couldn't beleive how nice it was for a motel. the bed was very comfy, the shower had lots of water pressure. The staff was excellent and were always willing to help with anything. It also has a nice continetal breakfast. i would defienently recommend this place.
