I had dinner in their restaurant and checked in for a couple of nights. The food was not very pleasant. Their staff speak some kind of arabic language we don't understand and such a noisy place, lots of druggies. Hallways smell of marijuana early morning, like from some afterparty. Other than that, the room looks new to me.

we were there on Jul 2012. The hotel was great, good size, clean, comfortable bed, perfect linen. The free breakfast was provided for take-away as no place for sitting. There is Gym on site but we'd not try-no ides how good it is. Edson is small town but there is Wal-Mart for shopping also Dollar Rama just across the hotel.... More

I have a hard time believing this is recently renovated. The carpet was stained the walls were so damaged and their was water damage on the ceiling. The walls are paper thin, definitely bring ear plugs of you plan on getting a good night sleep. You'd also have to like sleeping on a rock hard mattress. Maybe suitable for all... More

I say n Edson all the time for work and rotate through the hotels depending on haw busy the town is. This place has paper thin doors, noisy people around and the train is right outside too. The towels are stained, not the best place in town.

It was really good to stay in Hojo edson .its feel like home .all facilities aveleble during my stay .nice room to sleep .delicious food .frendly drinking atmosfear and one word for manager she is awesome .

We Stayed at Howard Johnson for couple of nights. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Reasonable charges. The food was great.

I recently needed a hotel room last minute and luckily got into the Howard Johnson. I was quite surprised with the renovations and the FOOD in the restaurant.
