We enjoyed this chateau. Views, peacefulness, and food. Room was very clean and roomy. We had a terrace - highly recommend. We had the tasting menu the first night. “Just the perfect stay in the heart of Provence”

Everything is perfect at L'Oustau: The rooms (spacy, clean, nice furnished), the service (excellent in every way), the restaurant (need no more comments: perfect), the chef (who invited us into the heart of the hotel: the kitchen!) - we just love all of it! In the heart of Provence, couldn't ask for more. Go there, enjoy!

“Romantic place, beautiful views and service”

A good combination of hotel location (Les Baux au provence, 2 stars Micheline dinner, and service. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and having dinner. Staffs are helpful and have a good service attitude. Recommended!

“Don't buy another Michelin tire!”

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years as i have a home nearby. I cannot understand why Michelin won't give them 3 stars.
