Chose this hotel cause it looked good from the outside ! first if all we backed in the parking stall , couldnt see any sign of a power outlet post ; its too low to see and not marked , so the truck bumper went right over it , when we pulled out , ripped the bumper of the truck... More

My room was dank and dirty. When I checked in, the manager was complaining about another guest's complaints. To get to my room from outside, I had to wade through bar fights and loud, smoking drunks as the hotel bar was between the doors and my room. Housekeeping also disturbed me twice, only to realize they were at the wrong... More

The most horrible place we have ever stayed. It is filthy and smells bad in the room and in the hallway. We were here for a hockey tournament and we tried to find another room but everything was booked and we were stuck in this dump for $140 a night. Would not recommend it to anybody!!!

So, we arrived. Check In took way longer than expected - with 2 people in front of me, one of whom paid up front for his room in cash, it took over 20 minutes. The lady at the counter (the only staff member we saw in our entire time there) was non-conversational with little interest in any sort of pleasantries.... More

Very dated and run down, didn't have reservations anywhere, they were the only hotel with rooms available. Check in took 20 minutes for the people in front of me, the lady at the desk didnt seem too interested in what she was doing. Thankfully we arrived late and left early. We will stay in The Battlefords on our next trip... More

After travelling for 12 hours (30 degrees outside) we booked into the hotel. Issues from the start. They could not find us as they had spelled our name wrong. Went to the room and it was hot (27) so we called the front desk and were told she didn't know how to use the airconditioner as she had never seen... More

Stopped here for the night on our way from Winnipeg to Morinville. The reason we picked this motel was because Tony Roma's was connected to it. We had a terrible meal at Tony Roma's so if you stay here don't go to Tony's. Our room was clean & the beds were very comfortable. Free continental breakfast was okay but nothing... More
