Detailed Reviews
My sister and travelled to enjoy the Hot Springs and selected this motel because it had an EV charger available for guests. Since we were the only guests with an electric car, the owner, Willem allowed us to park in the EV space and use the charger during our entire stay. We stayed in a very clean room 8 that had two, comfortable beds, a full kitchen complete with dishes and cutlery as well as pots and pans. The fridge keep our food and drinks cold. A barbecue was available for use as was a patio. The motel had lots of colourful flowers overflowing from their hanging baskets. Flowering shrubs were planted in various parts of the property. We found, the owner to be very pleasant and helpful. He gave us free tickets for the admission to the hot springs. He provided information about the surrounding area and recommended places to see as well as things to do. He was rightfully proud of the work he did to renovate his motel. We highly recommend this location and will stay here again should we return to the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very modern, it had been recently redone, was dog friendly, with modern bathroom, full kitchen with table and chairs which was handy. Very clean, the owner uses natural products for cleaning and disenfecting. Wim the owner was very friendly and let us use the whole property which was great. We had outdoor seating with a place to hang towels and bathing suits after using the hot springs, as well as use of his comfortable covered big deck with a BBQ. It was nice to cook your own meal for a change. We would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely go back. Thanks Wim for your awesome hospitality!

We had an absolutely fabulous and quiet stay at the Crescent Motel. The location can’t be beat, an easy walk to restaurants and stores.
The property is lovely and has a wonderful feel about it. Our room [#2] was spotless, and well equipped with the essentials including a microwave, pod coffee maker, cable TV, 2 beds, amazing wifi, etc. The on-site parking is great as well.
The owner, Williem, was an amazing host who gives this place a personal and welcoming touch.
We would highly recommend staying here. All considered, it was a great value based on Location, Amenities, Comfort, Character. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in Cabin #6 and it was a very cute and comfortable cabin. We had two bedrooms, kitchen and wrap around deck. The Manager-Owner Wim, was very helpful, giving us ideas of places to see and great places to eat. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Radium for a few days. Only issue we saw was the slope of the parking space assigned to our cabin. But in the summer it is not a big issue. Really great overall stay.

Stayed for more than one night. Our room was lovely - nicely updated, spacious, not lacking for anything. The price was reasonable for the area. We chose a room at the back of the complex - we had to climb stairs, but the view was spectacular and no vehicle noise from the road. There was no daily room service provided or phones in the room, but this is seems normal these days. Only complains were the room was not spotless clean - the toilet was obviously not wiped down from the previous stays , as there was urine stain and dust accumulated; and the towels smelled off after one days use, like they were not sanitized properly. Maybe a little bleach in the laundry is needed. Would I stay again? Yes, but like Douglas Adams says, bring your own towel.

Check - in was a breeze , parked right in front of our room /cabin in a designated spot! The room( # 9) was immaculately clean & the decor was beautiful! Exquisite bathroom with an extraordinary sink! Incredibly comfortable king size bed! Large flat screen tv on a wall bracket that could be pivoted.
Kitchenette with a hot plate , microwave, fridge/freezer, plates, glasses etc. I cannot wait to return!

We were in Radium for an event at the end of August. We had the 2 bedroom suite at this lovely little motel.
We had a few conversations with the owners and they have made a number of environmental friendly upgrades. They also made some wonderful recommendations for food.
Booking and check in were simple. Rates were incredibly reasonable for the kootneys in summer.
Our room was clean, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable. The beds, pillows and linens were very nice. We all slept great. Very safe area.
We had a mostly lovely seating area outside, a patio, which we made good use of.
I wouldn't hesitate to book here again the next time I'm in the area.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay, room was as advertised with kitchen, coffee, comfortable beds, nice clean rooms. The owner Willem was helpful and friendly, going that "extra mile" with great conversation and provided extra coffee on request. Location is walking distance to several restaurants. Great views of nature and nearby wildlife. Recommended!

Stayed in Cabin 6 for 4 nights and left today. Can’t rave enough about this place. We booked cabin 6 because it had the wrap around deck with seating and a BBQ. Super clean and the best part of this place is Wim the owner. Just a friendly guy who takes great pride in his establishment. Can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay here again in a second!

I hadn't focuses on this as we didn't have a pet with us, but my recollection is that they have identified certain suites for people who wish to bring one. I suggest you do as the lady in Winnipeg suggests and call them. They are friendly and constructive.
