Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Had spacious updated clean rooms and amazing breakfast and dinners in their restaurant. We enjoyed the use of the indoor and outdoor pools. Skiing is a few steps away. We had absolutely no complaints!

Attractive hotel in good shape. Helpful staff, well organized for ski equipment and very close access to ski lifts. Good food for breakfast and dinner at Bistro Nordik with friendly, competent staff. Sometimes it took a long time to get hot water from taps/shower.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times as part of my work at the Velirium mountain bike festival. But I hadn't done so for several years prior to my stay at the start of October. It was a stunning time of year, the area is incredibly beautiful and I was pleased to see that the hotel had enjoyed a renovation since the last time I had visited. The communal areas, rooms and amenities had all received a much needed breath of fresh air and all boded well, until... At first I thought it was maybe just me but gradually, across each mealtime, I established that it wasn't - every member of staff that we came in contact with during our stay was either disinterested, rude, aggressive or all three. It was like a prison outreach program, without the laughs. The bar manager berated myself and a colleague for trying to have a drink at the bar, the waiter gave forth when one of our party forgot to bring down a meal ticket and the whole thing culminated with a physical confrontation with a night porter who tried to snatch a glass from a female workmate. Given the financial outlay to stay here it was well below what I would expect and hope that most independent, never mind big chain hotels would deem appropriate.

During my 6-night stay in late August, I found the location in Beaupre, at the base of the hill, ideal for hiking. It's just a 40-minute drive to Quebec City, and free parking was a bonus. However, the breakfast was subpar, offering limited coffee choices but various milk options. Staying beyond the weekend meant limited food choices from the coffee shop. The pool was a relaxing spot after hiking. My penthouse room had mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, but the washing machine didn't work. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the location, amenities, and enjoyable pool.

This is a great ski lodge/hotel. It’s conveniently located right on the hill and is a very modern, nice hotel. The rooms are very big, great decor, great restaurant, friendly staff, awesome pool area featuring an indoor pool, a very warm outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. After a day of skiing, nothing is better than staying at this hotel. Another great feature is there’s a ski shop in the basement. It’s so convenient.

Stayed at the Delta Marriott, Mont Sainte-Anne for a weekend ski break (up from Toronto) A great experience. Really well equipped hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Ski-in-out. Skiing great (albeit very cold!) Stayed in a couple of the Penthouse Suites which are really great on split floors with great aspect. Includes balcony and real fire. Used the in-House Ski hire with Brunelle Sports who were excellent. A big thanks to Jeremy who helped pre-arrival booking and ski’s selection. Hotel has good gym and indoor / outdoor pool (including whirl pool). The team recommended a local restaurant, Auberge Baker, which was a quaint old place with history. Excellent food and hospitality. NB Not so much English spoken, so opportunity to brush up on your French. Particular Thanks to the Team at the hotel - Daniele, Nancy, etc. all the staff were excellent and very friendly. Would go back!

Would recommend this for family and friends' gatherings. The staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, of high quality. For lunch the Starbucks seems to be run by the same staff and features full meals and fine sandwiches among other things. The pool is heated, and the outdoor, large hot pools are excellent. You can do snow angels then jump back in the pools with jets. There is a good exercise room and a game room with ping pong, fuzbol and other tables and a small romper bouncy house. Dozens of other dining alternatives just out the front entrance and a short drive.

Pros: Big clean room. Nice staff Coffee shop in morning pool and big spa. CONS Restaurant too expensive for average people. Breakfasts too expensive and no a la cart. Nothing much to buy for snacks No extras in rooms only a coffee maker with powdered milk substitute. Pool area and spa a good walk away from my room. No maps or brochures on things to do available. No good restaurants in area only a a few drive through and one family restaurant which we would not rate highly.

My family (2 adults and a 13 year old) spent a fabulous week at the Delta Mont Ste-Anne over the Ontario March Break holiday. To set the context, we are avid skiers/snowboarders and had been sorely missing our annual ski vacations during the pandemic. We drove through a heavy snowstorm from Toronto (stopping in Kingston overnight), and had a flat tire en route. My husband did a tire change by the side of the highway. By the time we arrived at the hotel, it was late, we were tired and my husband's clothes were completely grimy from the tire change. We were warmly greeted by front desk staff. I have Marriott Bonvoy gold status, and was given an upgrade to a one-bedroom penthouse suite. What a terrific way to make up for a stressful travel day! The suite was stunning, with a king bed, TV, powder room and laundry room on the top (loft) level, and a living room with sofa bed, another TV, full bathroom, full kitchen and eating area on the main level. Seeing the laundry room, I was happy to have an easy way to wash my husband's grimy clothes! The entryway had a roomy closet, and there was a handy bench underneath the stairs, ideal for sitting down to put ski boots on. Hooks on the wall were convenient for hanging ski jackets. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our week-long stay. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I slept like a log every night. Every service request was met promptly and cheerfully. We needed extra bedding for the sofa bed, there appeared to be a slight issue with the room phone (which turned out to be our mistake), and the screen to the outdoor balcony had blown off due to strong winds. All of these issues were taken care of immediately. Staff were very friendly in their interactions with us. Being in a hotel, we had the advantage of daily housekeeping. The hotel is in a prime location at the bottom of the ski hill. There are ski lockers on the second floor, with easy access through a door that leads directly to the hill, a few steps from the gondola. It was easy to pop back in for lunch, then head out again. We had dinner on our last evening at the hotel restaurant. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. The cost of our stay was only slightly more than what we would have paid to stay in a one-bedroom condo. For the superior experience we had, it was definitely worth it. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We have just stayed at the hotel during the holiday week. The hotel is very expensive, about $400 per night. It is located right new Mt St Anne ski resort so I guess hence the price. I do acknowledge it has big rooms and also ski rental and skit storage right in the hotel which is very convenient. Hence you can just get your skis and walk to the ticket are and ski lifts. That's why we stayed here in the first place. It also has a large lobby with fireplace and tables/sofa, where you could work/read a book/etc. However our troubles started from the evening we checked in. First of all, there is no valet service for such an expensive hotel so you need to get a cart and haul all your luggage and skis yourself to the room/storage. Second, the receptionist was unwelcoming, unfriendly and speaking only in broken English. This is very strange considering it is a tourist destination. And we were a large party so stayed in 2 rooms. During the check-in I was charged the hotel room price immediately for all nights and somehow ended up having even 3 charges of the same amount. I've asked them to fix the mistake as I have only 2 rooms however they said they cannot do anything now and I need to wait a week for the pending charge to go away! So I had a huge hold on my card for a week :-( Third, I have received an email from the hotel saying they are not cleaning the rooms by default due to Covid (while still charging me $400 per night!) so I specifically asked them to clean our rooms as we didn't mind the service and really wanted then. The cleaning never happened, we stayed for 4 nights and asked them at least 3-4 times on different days to clean however to no avail, they completely ignored the requests. The only thing were able to get is to get more towels and more cosmetics/toilet paper at least. IMO, if you do not clean, then do say so in the Terms and Conditions in advance and don't charge ridiculous prices for the hotels stays without cleaning services n such case! BTW, the pool and gym are closed too. However, wait, this is not all. On the day of our check-out a man (I assume a part of a cleaning crew?) pounded on our door at 9am, speaking again no English and trying to tell us something in French. I understood that I think he was telling us about check-out. I got worried, called the reception and confirmed that check-out is indeed only at 12pm! Even worse, our kids stayed in a different room and were completely asleep, when he knocked on the door, having no response open the door himself (!) and then saw them in the room, and left. I was completely flabbergasted and annoyed by this behavior. Never in my life, not in 2* nor in 5* hotels anyone tried to bulge into my room before the check-out time!!! This is simply unprofessional and ridiculous. Finally, I'd like to acknowledge that on-perm restaurant was good, servicing a nice breakfast and delicious dinners; and the staff there was quite nice and welcoming. Thanks to them separately.
