First impression of room was "you have to be kidding me"! Old furniture, the carpet is dirty and stained! Bathroom is dirty! Beds are firm, i don't mind that, but pillows are flat, so I used 3! Wifi is unusable! TV remote doesn't work well, but it's ok because, the channel selection is terrible!

I've stayed there with one of my colleague for 2 nights in June. Though the room was somewhat clean, I found that it needed a serious upgrade. The room my colleague had was much better. I came back at this location because on their web site they publish that their rooms business class, where renovated, I don't see any changes except may be, the drapes everything is the same, bathroom needs new bath, the silicone is full of mildew and the lighting and sink is the same as 1970, decoration in the room is the... The rooms are very nice for the price, we loved the space, the free internet and the little fridge. A great room for a family vacation. But we had allergies from the dust, probably from the carpets. Nice hotel perfect for business peoples with all amenities needed including free internet (love it!). The location is close to shopping areas, but not in front of St-Lawrence River. Front desk service was average and impersonnal, but it wasn't a problem for myself!
