Loved the location and hospitality. Breakfast was terrific, very well thought out. Dan and Chris put heart and soul into making each guest feel comfortable and welcome. We had such a great time staying with Chris. The food was excellent! So many choices! It was also great to have a sitting area with TV and fridge in our room to unwind before dinner or before bed. We never needed a thing as everything was provided. ie stocked fridge, soaps, lotions,wine glasses. We were in the Spankersail Suite.... more

really liked this place. It is perfectly located. The breakfast was the best (organic) we had at a B&B in Nova Scotia. All the B&B's we stayed in were 4 stars or better. Upon arrival we were greeted by Chris & Dan, what a nice and interesting couple. Like all buildings in Lunenburg they are old but inside it has been restored. We had no difficulty finding the Addington Arms, it's a large purple house. Chris greeted us at the front door and as she checked us in she began sharing her wealth of knowledge and recommendations. We selected Addington Arms because of the TripAdvisor reviews, and they are spot-on. The hosts, Chris and Dan, were wonderfully hospitable, the accommodations were very comfortable and roomy, lovely bathroom, the breakfasts delicious. Location is great.
