Although the Rose Garden is not in the boundaries of the old city of Lunenburg, which is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, its location is actually an easy walk to the waterfront, the most interesting area of the city. The house is beautifully restored and immaculate.

The house, room, and garden were totally gorgeous, and the breakfast was the best we had on the whole trip. The hosts were also incredibly helpful at directing us to good restaurants in the area.
