We used this location as a base for exploring the Joggins peninsula, and we are glad we did! I could spend hours just admiring the wood in this house. It's in a quiet residential area. The breakfasts were the best we had on this trip of many destinations. The hosts were terrific.

The neighborhood and grounds are a bit off-putting, but once inside you discover a Victorian treasure. Our hosts were welcoming and proudly showed us around the fully renovated building. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, if a bit crowded with Victorian trinkets. Our breakfast was very good. We will look forward to an opportunity to return.
