The room was so dirty and cold at night. The heating system doesn't work properly. Not well maintained. Lounge, gym, liquor store and restaurant are not big deal. One of the worst Choice franchise. This inn is a shelter.

The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the river Every one was so helpful and cheerful The room was clean, the beds were sooo comfy.We had a nice meal in the restraunt and an relaxing evening in the lounge

Hotel is old and run down. To be avoided if at all,possible... Pictures shown here and on other sites are very deceiving. They do not reflect the true condition. Booked through Expedia, no wonder they want prepayment. Picture attached is of the wiring in the room for air conditioner.

Rooms are quite dated, and if you are over 6' tall, you are going to have a tough time showering. But everything was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There's probably nicer places to stay in town, but they allow pets (with no fee), sell liquor on site, and have a restaurant (which we didn't try).... More

This hotel is old and run down. The windows don't open, which is unfortunate because the carpets have been sprayed heavily with cockroach killer disinfectant and it's hard to breathe in the room. I stayed here for two nights while attending managers meetings in Whitecourt. It is not the newest hotel but it worked for what I needed it for, sleeping. The beds were very comfortable which is one of the most important things to me. The hotel could use a little updating but it is what it is. The wifi worked great... More

Building in need of extensive repairs and replacement (examples showers, carpets, ceilings, etc.) Our shower had mold in it, our room did not have any heat (front staff gave us a small electric heater). Rug was dirty. Would never stay here again. Not worth the $100.00 per night.
