We stayed here almost by accident! Everything was amazing, chalets were clean and stocked, grounds are beautiful and the owner is super friendly! Had a huge campfire last night which was great! Wish we stayed longer, we'll be back!

We camped here for 4 nights on a long weekend. The cedar forest is lovely and the camp sites are well spaced with lots of vegetation. We noticed that many campgrounds on both sides of the lake were crowded with tents, trailers and RVs so close together, that we were glad we stayed here!
We thought the cost was very...

We stayed August 9,10,11. Drove all the way from Edmonton Alberta. Booked about a week in advance. They gave us a Pull Through site near the office and shower area. The campground was very clean, well organized and Children/Pet Friendly. Its very close to the highway, but that didn't disturb our sleep in the least! Camp site was very very...

We spent one night here this summer...............one night too many!!!!
The campground is situated 5 minutes from the Crawford Bay ferry in amongst large cedar trees. It is relatively quiet, has awesome front-desk staff, has nice-sized sites, a really cool playground for the kids, and dry, affordable firewood. Sounds pretty good, doesn't it????
Unfortunately, there were a couple of frustrating...

I've been going to the Kokanee Chalets for about ten years now. I go there for the quiet and beauty of nature. The chalets/cabin rooms are clean, neat and tidy. They aren't brand new, but have been upgraded where possible. The staff are lovely and accommodating, however, they don't tolerate noisy guests much to my relief. When you either share...

Tents, trailers, RVs, motel room, or tiny A-Frame chalets - you get to pick your bed. I've stayed here many times over the years and if you're looking for a no frills, basic accommodation in the beautiful middle of Nowhere, BC I think you will be satisfied.
The tent/trailer/RV park is situated behind the office/laundry/bathroom building in an old growth...

Where to start... well the skunks are all over the campsite day and night, they get into your garbage and make a huge mess and rule the roost. The mosquitos are almost unbearable, and this is not only because the lake was high this year, 2 years ago they were the same. We go there for the campsite's private beach...

We stayed with a motorhome for a couple of nights in July with full hook up facilities. We had a nice spot on the end not far from the office. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made use a couple of times of the on site hot tub which was nice. Also made good use of the on site coin laundry...

We stopped here for 3 nights with our RV. Very quiet and the sites are amazing. Lush with trees (huge Cedars all over), and it was very spacious. Called a couple of days early to book a spot and was told there was only 2 left. Seems to be lots of spots, and the one they gave us was definitely...

We rented one of the motel cabins with no kitchen facilities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. They advertize a hot tub but it is located in a small gazebo next to a dense wooded and brush area that was rife with mosquitoes. I had to walk swiftly from the room to the office to keep...
