Generally, overall, never had any problems with the Hilton products. Always quite clean and friendly. Could use a change in the breakfast menu though as the standard fare is sometimes less appetizing when there is no surprise element of what one could have for breakfast for the day.

Hotel was one of few "big shain" hotels in the area - rooms were good, staff was excellent. The location is fairly good for Langley/Surrey area, and seems very safe and friendly I will likely return to this hotel if in the area.

Use this hotel on a regular basis. Exceptional staff and the new upgrades are very attractive. Comfortable rooms, free internet, Fox and Fiddle Pub convenient. There really isn't anything to complain about at this hotel...the staff are fantastic, remembering your name and whether you like apple juice or coffee. The beds are super comfortable, the duvets fresh washed daily, and the waterslide is a welcome attraction for the kids (look out- it's FAST!)
