We were particularly disappointed with the breakfast. The hard boiled eggs were not kept cool, the waffle batter was empty and no cream cheese for the bagels (if what was beside the butter was cream cheese, again, not refrigerated and looked like it was drying out...).

I would like to apologize that your stay with us was anything less than satisfactory.
