1. After paying for an upgrade to get a Jacuzzi on the deck, we learned that the hot water tank only fills the tub up halfway. 2. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. I was only able to sleep for 3 hours and even that period of time made my back very sore. 3. The kitchen was poorly supplied.

Great getaway for a couple for 2 nights in Ucluelet. Friendly staff. Private location. The locale though is the calm inner harbour not the wild Pacific. Thus name of the hotel is a bit cheeky. Facilities modern.

What a wonderful place to come and relax. Beautiful suites with fabulous views. Quiet, peaceful, restfull and the staff are great. I couldn't say enough about this great Resort. Worth every penny and then some. Eagles, cranes and an ocean view. Fireplace and jetted tub on deck.
