Pros: the room was clean. Cons: the beds were small and the mattresses on the hard side. The air conditioning came on and off and when it came it on you thought there was a truck engine inside the building. The walls are paper thin. TV has 2 channels!?!? Overpriced for what is offered and if you need house keeping they will gladly do it for a fee!?! You be the judge!!

Good location in heart of Picton. Very clean, lots of towels, comfy beds, good shower. Easy walk to nice restaurants. Sadly, 😫 no CNN to keep track of the goings on of Trump but we are a bit obsessed so this really is a good thing.

We stayed at the Queens Inn just one night on our recent visit to PEC. Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Walking distance to everything in downtown Picton. We met the friendly cleaning staff in the morning very good job by them. It may seem expensive to some but it was very good value for August in the county. Will definitely be back. Do try to arrive before 4:30 to avoid the lock box key retrieval. The office is in the building behind the Inn rooms are above the dollar store. Stop and say hi to Bonnie in the dollar store she helped us immensely.

We stayed for two nights at the Queens Inn and we had loud and obnoxious neighbours. The Inn has very thin walls between rooms and also has a policy of quiet after 10pm at night. The first night our neighbours were loud and kept us up until 1:30 am. I was not thrilled and emailed the owner about this. They emailed back that they would talk to them. The next night they woke us up out of a dead sleep at 1:45am with their noise, coming in from wherever and their very loud conversation for a couple hours. I again emailed my displeasure to the owners and never heard a word back. They just took my $400 for the two nights and carried on. If you want a restful sleep and you’re staying there, you better hope for quiet neighbours.

Stayed in room 6. Bright clean corner room that was a pleasure to stay in. Easy check in, able to walk to everything in town. Comfortable bed. Some traffic noise, but you would expect that being on the Main Street. Happily stay here again.

For some reason, our usual hotel in Picton was fully booked so we decoded to give The Queen's Inn a try. Were we surprised at how nice and cozy it was! The room was tastefully decorated with antique furniture, including a sleigh bed, a huge armoire and lots of pretty pictures on the wall. The TV was conveniently hidden behind cabinet doors. Upon opening the doors, taped to the inside was a listing of channels - how nice not to have to cruise every channel!.Water bottles and coffee were provided free of charge. We opted not to have the housekeeping package at $15/day. There were tons of clean towels and God knows, we don't change our sheets daily. Also provided were interesting local magazines and recommended nearby restaurants for breakfast. Our new "place to stay" when visiting Picton!

Loud. The inn abuts a small apartment. The dwellers there like loud music. As there is no staff in the inn, there is no one to complain to or intervene. You pick up your keys at a nearby renovation company. No night table on one side. Smallish room. No refrigerator. Nothing special. Although its a very good location, it is way too expensive ($200+) a night for what it is. (And $200 does not include any service, so hope you like making your own bed for that price.) Oh yeah, did I mention its loud? Next door neighbours just put on yet more loud music.

We stayed here during the Labour Day long weekend and had a great time. It was easy to "check in" and out, the room was clean and in good shape and despite facing the street, not noisy. Only complaint is that when you turn the bathroom light on, it spills into the main room as there isn't a door separating the sink area (there is from toilet and bath). But you can't beat the location! Right on cute main street of Picton, it was a great base to explore the County.

The Queen's Inn is well located in the region, it offers good size rooms that were clean and comfortable. There is no overnight staff or breakfast so not a place to look for package deals. We found it suited us fine as we didn't require any assistance and were ok with finding a coffee and a scone for breakfast elsewhere. The street noise could be an issue for lighter sleepers but did not bother us.
