This was my second time staying at this hotel. I had a corner room which was very spacious. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The pub at the hotel was convenient although it was quite busy on Wednesday night for wings night.

Room was clean and pleasant. Nice view of the harbor. The front desk folks went out of their way to be helpful even offering to let us leave our camper there while we visited Haida Gwaii. Shuttle picked us up for the ferry even though they had to come back after we misunderstood the pickup time. A pleasant experience.

The front desk went way out of the way to get us a ride back from the airport. They had some one follow us to drop our car and drove us back. The view is great from each room. We would come back again.
