Despite being brand new it was really nice. The cookie on check in was a lovely touch!! Decor nice, (which you would expect a its so new) room small but had everything that we needed. Would stay again next time we are in bristol

I was here for 5 nights doing some training withy employer. The staff were helpful, food was good, bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel. Free wifi at the bar. I don't know how much it was per night as my company payed but whatever it was I'd pay it again!

2 minutes from Temple Meads station, short walk to city centre. Wonderfully friendly, helpful staff; excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. Hotel now refurbished and rebadged ("Planetrees" I think); one slight gripe - the rooms aren't sufficiently sound-proofed so we had to endure a full-on drunken argument at 3.00am!
