Generally ok hotel, however the staff on reception in the evenings seemed to have a strange attitude. We weren't made to feel welcome and the girl on reception seemed annoyed when we asked about anything. Dirty, run down, damp smell in room, over priced, stained curtains and carpets, in urgent need of refurbishment or closed down. Will never stay again and it is reputationally damaging for the Holiday Inn.
