Hotel is very dated, our room was small and the bathroom was tiny. Very poor value at 100 pound a night. You could also hear all the noise from the street below. Breakfast was an extra 20 so didn't bother.

I regularly use University Arms in connection with delivering company training in nearby Melbourne. I always find the hotel an interesting experience. In spite of it being a newer construction, it has many of the quirks of older provinsial hotels in UK.
