Very helpful staff, clean and in a good location car park limited spaces on a first come first serve but I got one so I can't complain good value for money and a good breakfast all you can eat.would stop here again

Stayed here one night as a base for a visit to Chester Zoo. Staff were all friendly and efficient - reception, bar and at breakfast. Fabulous location a five minute walk from centre of Chester and great restaurants- some on canal close by. Clean comfortable modern rooms, good value breakfast. Parking a little tricky were not made aware of option to park underneath the building. Other than parking fabulous stay.

I decided to stay at the premier inn after reading the reviews on here. Just over the road from the town centre and up the road from train station this hotel has prime location, it's clean, quiet and I enjoyed my stay here, and I'm already planning on a return visit.
