Spent Christmas 2009 at the Grosvenor and what a joy it was. Beautifully decorated throughout, warm and cosy and the most friendly and helpful staff. We found minatures off Bells and Baileys, plus a small box of Thorntons Chocolates, in our room, and after 'complaining' that the Thorntons might not last long, were told that more could be made available!.... more
